Self -care is very important. We must take care of ourselves because it is only one of us. We have to do what we must do to stay healthy and strong. Those first four tips are what I try my best to do. Everyday is different, but we have to stay on top of our health and wellbeing as we get older. I want to be able to age gracefully with or without wrinkles. So, while we are young, and young at heart we have to take care of ourselves if we want to enjoy our grandchildren and our children. We have to take time out for ourselves to take care of our mental stability, spiritual stability, physical stability, and our emotional stability.

We go through so many different things in life that sometimes weigh us down, when that happens, we have to meditate and clear our minds so we can be our best selves. Until next time, see ya later.
