I will also be sharing on other platforms as well, and when I do, I will let everyone know. So, stay tuned for Bible Hour. It will always be updated daily with new content. I hope you enjoy it.

Bible hour is going to be fun and exciting. It is for all ages, and feel free to ask me questions, and I will do my very best to answer each one. You are more than welcome to leave your comments in the comment section on the published page, and you are more than welcome to like if you choose to do so. You can follow if you also choose to do so. This is something that just came to me, I did not know that this was going to come into existence until I created the page for it. This is so amazing! Well, I cannot wait to see what God is going to do through me and this page. My hope is that it will reach a lot of people and inspire them to be creative with the Word of God. Stay blessed in Jesus, and stay safe.

Easter is beautiful

Acts 12:4- And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

12:4- Quaternions- A Roman guard of four soldiers, detailed to act as sentries over a prisoner. In the strictest custody (as in the case of Peter), each hand of the prisoner was handcuffed to a separate soldier inside the cell, while the other two kept sentry outside the door. These four were relived every three hours, day and night, so that there were four quaternions required for one day’s service and four for the night watches.

12:4-Easter- This was the Passover time, when the Jewish people kept the feast in memory of the first Passover (see Exodus 12:3, ‘The Meaning of Passover’). They did not commemorate Easter as the Christian Jews did, and as we do, in memory of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Exodus 12:3-Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their father’s, a lamb for a house:

We know that on the third day, God raised Jesus from the grave. Thirty-nine days Jesus walked on the earth after He had risen, and on the fortieth day He ascended into heaven, but before He did, He gave us the Great Commission. This is why we celebrate Easter, the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. So, on Easter, remember who it is all about. Happy Easter. ©2022

Water for the Thirsty

We can always know that the Word of God is living water. It is the water for the thirsty soul. When we read the Word of God, it refreshes our spirit. It gives us the feeling of rejuvenation so our spirit can be strengthened, and so our spirit will not be weak. The reason I say this is because we all face circumstances in our lifetime that requires us to literally count on God to see us through them. We do that by going to God in prayer, and by reading the Word to draw strength from it so our faith will not waver. I know that things happen unexpectedly, but we cannot forget who holds everything in His hands, and who has the answers to all of our problems. We are never alone no matter what we go through. Let us hold on to all of the things God has brought us through.

The Water of all Life, Jesus Christ.
Amen!

We all need health, peace and joy in our life and God is the only someone who can give it to us. It doesn’t matter how young or old we are, we all need that in our life. ©2022 Saturday 5/1/2022

Matthew 21:6-9-And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them, And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon. And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way. And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
1 Corinthians 13:7- Beareth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
These Tulips are a part of God’s creation. Absolutely beautiful!
We must always tell God “Thank You”.
Everything God created is beautiful.

When I think about the beginning before all of what God created was created, in my mind all I can see is darkness. When He said let there be it was. Everything reacted to His voice and His words.

Do we ever think about that? Do we ever consider just how powerful words can be? Words can form, tear down, lift up, and kill, bring joy, hurt, and pain.

God used His words wisely and not for harm. Everything God does is for our own good. We are His creation and His creation is all around us.

Genesis 1:1- In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. (KJV)

Propitiation-The act of gaining or regaining the favor or goodwill of someone or something: the act of propitiating: APPEASEMENT // a sacrifice in propitiation of the gods (1.) Noun (2.): something that propitiates or appeases specifically: an atoning sacrifice.

To better understand the Scripture, I shared the meaning of the word.

When we think about what Jesus did for us, it was the ultimate sacrifice. We often complain about what we go through, but when we think about what He did, it makes everything else turn into shadows. The pain that He suffered, we could have never bore it not even for a little while. Just think about how He felt being beaten all night long. Just think about the pain He felt in His body, all over His body that was broken for us. Can you see Him trying to carry a heavy cross on His back? Can you imagine how hard it was trying to get up every time He fell? Thank God it was someone there to help Him carry that heavy cross up that long dusty road. Can you imagine feeling nails going into your hands and feet, and then have a crown of thorns thrust on your head? I cannot imagine going through something like that, but that was the punishment that we deserved, but bless God, He sent His one and Only Son to take our place. The Lamb of God came to take away the sins of the world, the ultimate and final sacrifice without spot or blemish, perfect without sin, He became sin for us. When thinking about that, how does it make you feel? Does it even touch your heart even a little bit? Do you thank God for what His Son done for us?

If you have not made Jesus your Lord and Savior, He is waiting to hear from you. He is waiting for you to come to Him. It does not matter where you have been in your life, it doesn’t matter what you have done in your life, all that matters is where you are going from here on. Where do you want to spend eternity? Do you want to spend it in paradise, or do you want to spend it in hell and damnation? You choose. I know this is a hard pill to digest, but it is up to you where you want to spend eternity. Accept Jesus and renounce the devil. Choose life in Jesus and not death in Satan. Jesus came that we may have life, and life more abundantly. Satan comes to kill, steal, and to destroy. Choose this day who you will serve, because as for me and my house we will serve the Lord. Amen.

Jesus is always by our side. He will never leave us nor forsake us. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. We never have to be afraid of anything. He is our protector, and our refuge in the time of trouble.
Whenever I think about what God has done for me, my heart fills with joy, and my eyes well up with tears, because I know He loves us all so very much; more than we will ever know. His love is unending. I am so glad He loves me the way He does. He is an awesome Father. There is no one like Him. Amen!
Protect Our World

COVID-19, LOOK AT WHAT IT HAS DONE!

Thinking back to when this virus first came, it was devastating to the world. Nothing has changed about it, except it is getting worse than it was. People are still perishing because of it, and the vaccinations are here for everyone who wants to take it. There are those who has, and there are those who hasn’t, but it is the person’s choice if they do or don’t. We are still wearing masks and social distancing. Who would have thought we would still be going through this? Now there’s the Monkey Pocks that has come here wreaking havoc right along with this virus. Hopefully it will not stay around, let’s just pray that it will leave soon. We as a people have been through so much since 2020. It has been devastation everywhere. All we can do is pray and have hope that things will go back to normal as it was before all of this came about. Only God knows the outcome to all of this. The question is this: Is this the new normal? Is this our new reality? Only God has that answer. We just have to accept it and adapt to it. We still have to protect ourselves and those around us. Wearing masks is just a precaution to keep from spreading the virus, but it can still be caught in other ways. Just being careful is all we can do until there is a cure for it. Until next time, just know that God is good and He loves us. Amen!

Do You Want to Know Him?

We live life every day, and we never know what to expect from one moment to the next. We never know what the day is going to bring for us, but we do know that we will have to endure whatever it brings. It can sometimes be frightening; the fear of the unknown, but we try our best to not let it get next to us. We go on our journey throughout the day and night doing what we have to-do just to make it in this world, but it seems as if nothing is going to change for the better. We often question things that happen when we do not understand why it did. We search for answers in all of the places we think we can find them, but we often forget that we can go to God because He has all of the answers to the questions we have and want answers to. I am so sorry, I forgot to ask this question: DO YOU KNOW HIM? DO YOU WANT TO KNOW HIM? He knows everyone in this whole world by name, and every hair on everyone’s head by number.

There is no way we can escape Him. He is everywhere, even in places we may often think He isn’t. When we want to know something, we can ask Him. When we need wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, we can ask Him for it, and He will give it to us. When we want to change our life for the better, He can and will do it for us. You may ask how? Well, the answer is this: He is God, and He can do all things. He can do more than we can ask or think.

Look at everything around us, He created everything just by speaking, “Let there be”, and it was. God speaks to our heart and soul to change the way we live. He speaks to our mind to change the way we think. He touches our eyes so we can see things more clearly spiritually. He opens our ears so we can hear Him clearly. He guides our feet so we can stay on the straight and narrow path. He gave us our voice to sing songs and to speak His Word. He gave us our mind so we never forget what He did and does for us. He gave us His Son to die for our sins, and He gave us eternal life that we may live again. He gave us rest to start afresh and to see a new day. He loves us so much His love will never go away.

Knowing our LORD is a wonderful thing. It is good to know that we always have someone looking out for us. What would we do without Him? How can we live and be happy without Him? He is everything and more. Words cannot describe His greatness.

If you have not given your life to the LORD, today is the time to do it. Tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone. Do not wait another minute. Repent of your sins and ask Jesus to come into your heart to be your personal LORD. and SAVIOR. He is waiting to hear from you. It doesn’t matter what you have done in your life, He can and will change your life for the better; to give you a new life in Him. It will be the best decision you will ever make in your life for your eternal life. This is an invitation. It is up to you whether you accept it or not. Think about where you want to spend eternity. There is the gift of eternal life, and there is the path to eternal damnation. Call on Jesus today, you will be glad you did.

Stay safe, God bless you all, and thank you for joining me here on Bible Hour. I am your hostess, Shaunelius L. Sterns

REFLECTING OVER THIS YEAR 2022

This year has had its moments of ups and downs. The end of every year for me is always bad. Something always happens to ruin my year, but I just don’t understand why. No matter what I do that’s good, something bad always happens to me. I am beginning to think it is a generational curse that has fallen on because of what some of my ancestors may have done in the past. Hopefully God will turn things around for me.

Back in the Bible days, they didn’t have to worry about what the new year was going to bring because Jesus walked among them. They saw Him in the flesh, and they saw Him crucified, and they saw Him after He was raised from the dead on the third day. He was seen for forty days before He returned back to heaven. They were all there to see Him ascend into heaven. What an amazing day that had to be for them to see the Savior of the whole world return to His heavenly home. I just wonder what it would have been like to walk with the King of the whole world. We walk with Him today, but it isn’t like the same way the disciples did. They could see Him with their eyes, touch Him, laugh and talk with Him, walk everywhere with Him. They got the chance to spend every waking moment with Him except when He was by Himself. I know that had to hurt them when He had to leave for good until He sent His Holy Spirit back to be here so not any of them, or us would be alone. Even though we may not be able to see Him with our eyes as they did, we can feel His Spirit with us because His Spirit lives in us.

When we look around us, we can see the beauty in the creation that He created. We can see and feel the love that He has for us to create all of the beautiful things that’s here for us to enjoy every day. Life is hard, but when we think about what Jesus did for us, it makes living worthwhile. It makes us want to enjoy every moment given with the ones we love. It makes us want to share memories of the good times in our lives. We may remember the bad times, but the good outweighs them all. Whatever you have faced that wasn’t good, forget about it and leave it in the past where it should be; don’t bring it into your bright future with you, it will only taint it and funk it up. I am hoping that this coming year will be better in Jesus’s name. I just want to enjoy every day God gives me. I know you want to enjoy every moment God gives to you too. With that being said, Happy New Year in 2023!

He Is Risen!!🙏🏾🙏🏾💯✝️

Today is a special day! Jesus is Risen!! Praise God!! How wonderful it is to know that our Savior is Alive seated at the right hand of the Father in heavenly places. It was a hard and gruesome thing that Jesus went through, but He did it for us. His love for us is something that we will never be able to explain. He died for us while we lived in sin, and He rose and set us free from the clutches of death. He took the punishment that we deserved. This is why we must never forget what He went through to save our sinful souls.

I have always heard that love is blind, but His love was and still is wide awake; there’s nothing blind about it. When you think that no one loves you, just remember that God is love and He loves all of us. It doesn’t matter about our mistakes past or present, nothing can ever separate us from His love, and nothing will ever stop Him from loving us. Love held Him, and love raised Him because death couldn’t hold Him! He reigns forever. His Kingdom has no end! He is KING FOREVER!

Jesus lives in my heart❤️💗💕🙏🏾✝️😇

Today I decided to add a few new pics to Bible Hour just to give it a little facelift. I am so happy to be able to share God’s Word with you all. It’s amazing how He will use us to bring Him Glory, Honor, and Praise. When I created this whole site in 2019, I didn’t know how people would respond to it. It has been four years now since I created my site. I am grateful to God for giving me such an awesome idea to do this for all of His children young and the young at heart. I don’t know what God is going to do next, but I do know that whatever it is it will be amazing!

Until next time, stay blessed and stay safe. God bless you.

Even if it wasn’t a Rose it would still be beautiful. 8/8/2023 Tuesday
