What Strategies Do You Use to Maintain Your Health and Well-Being?

Building Lifelong Wellness for Men, Women, Young, and Old

Maintaining health and well-being is one of the most important yet often neglected aspects of life. Regardless of age or gender, our bodies and minds require consistent nurturing. Good health isn’t just about preventing disease—it’s about having the energy, clarity, strength, and resilience to fully engage in life.

This article will explore various strategies that men and women, young and old can use to maintain their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We’ll also explore the importance of reflection and self-awareness in creating a well-rounded wellness plan—with tips for journaling and personal accountability to keep yourself on track.

💪 Physical Health Strategies

For Men and Women:

1 Regular Exercise
Engaging in consistent physical activity helps to control weight, strengthen muscles, improve heart health, and elevate mood.

◦ Men: Resistance training, interval training, or sports-based workouts like basketball or cycling often appeal to male goals such as strength and endurance.

◦ Women: Many women find balance in cardio, Pilates, strength training, or yoga to tone muscles and boost metabolism.

2
Example Routine:

◦ 3 days of strength training

◦ 2 days of cardio (brisk walking, swimming, dancing)

◦ 1 day of flexibility (yoga/stretching)

3

4 Adequate Sleep
Adults need about 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night. For teenagers, 8–10 hours is optimal.

◦ Create a bedtime routine that includes winding down with a book or music.

◦ Avoid screens at least 30 minutes before bed.

5

6 Nutritious Diet

◦ Men may need more protein and calorie-dense meals, especially if highly active.

◦ Women should pay attention to iron, calcium, and folate levels, especially during childbearing years.

7
Healthy Food Tips:

◦ Eat colorful meals full of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

◦ Limit processed foods and added sugars.

◦ Stay hydrated—drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day.

8

🧠 Mental and Emotional Health Strategies

Mental well-being is just as important as physical health and should never be overlooked.

For All Ages:

1 Stress Management Techniques

◦ Breathing exercises, meditation, journaling, or simply taking a walk in nature can help reduce stress.

◦ Men may be less inclined to talk about stress. Engaging in physical activities, mentoring, or hobby-based outlets can be more effective.

◦ Women often benefit from community, conversation, and creative outlets such as art, dance, or expressive writing.

2

3 Therapy or Counseling
Talking to a mental health professional helps process emotions and trauma and develop healthier coping strategies.

4 Social Connections
Loneliness can increase risk of depression, heart disease, and memory problems.

◦ Stay connected with friends, family, or community groups.

◦ Join clubs, churches, or online support circles to maintain healthy interaction.

Cold Weather is Not My Friend

How do you feel about cold weather?

Cold weather is not my friend because it makes my joints hurt. I can’t enjoy doing the things I like to do. Since I have become older, I still enjoy my life, but I have restrictions when it comes to cold weather. I surely enjoy looking at the snow because it always paints winter wonderland pictures. When I was younger the cold didn’t bother me so much. I could go outside and even sit for a while just to enjoy the winter air, but I could not do that if I wanted to now.

I do not go out in the cold unless I have to, and even then I am rushing to get back into the house. If it stayed warm all year long it would suit me just fine. Yes, cool weather is one thing, but cold weather is another. I remember when I was in my twenties, I could stand outside and eat a cup of ice in the winter, but I can’t do that now. I have changed a lot when it comes to Winter. Winter is a beautiful season. I wish I could enjoy it like I once did when I was younger. Maybe one day I will try to sit outside and enjoy winter but until then, Winter is not my friend.

Very Important: Spirituality

Matthew 1:21

How important is spirituality in your life?

Spirituality is very important in my life, it is how I was raised, and it is all I know. Even when I was living for the world before I gave my life to the Lord. This is why I share the gospel with everyone. Knowing Jesus is the most important thing to me in my life. I cannot live without Him, I cannot live without God, I cannot live without the Holy Spirit directing my steps in my life. I cannot do life without my Savior, Jesus Christ.

Because of who I am in God, I have to do what I have been called to do. I can’t sit around and do nothing. I have to do what Jesus said to do when He gave the Great Commission before He went back to Heaven. I know I don’t write as many posts as I once did, but I have to share what God leads me to share. Many messages I have written and shared since I started writing are still available for you to read and comment on. I will be sharing again like I once was as soon as I can, but because of school, I don’t have time to write. I pray you all will understand that I am preparing for my future. I have so much going on in my life. But spirituality will always be important to me. My faith in God is what keeps me strong no matter what I am going through in my life.

I think this question that was asked is valid because I have gotten the chance to talk about what’s important to me in my life.

With that being said, I pray you all never give up on what is important to you in your lives. Keep God first and He will take care of the rest. God bless you, and as always, thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul. God bless you. Have a great week.🕊️🙏🏾

Fall: My Favorite Season of the Year

What is your favorite season of year? Why?

My favorite season of the year is 🍁 Fall. Why, you may ask? It is because I was born in the 🌻 Fall. I like it not only because I was born in this season, but because I like how it makes me feel. I feel a sense of love and nostalgia that takes me back to my childhood days. It gives me a sense of coolness within myself. I feel free to be me.

Stunning

I enjoy the sunsets 🌇 I enjoy the smell of Fall. It has a scent that no other season has. I love the colors that it brings to the Earth to let us know that she is here. There are lots of festivals this time of year. It’s so much to do to prepare for them. Fall has always been and always will be my favorite season of the year. I like walking in the parks. I like having picnics this time of year. I love listening to Jazz 🎼music during this season, it sounds so good. This year I do not know what I am going to do because I will be turning the big 50. It doesn’t seem like I have been alive almost fifty years. Where does the time go? Being a grandmother now has its rewards, but I am just thankful to still be alive to see my grandson, and all of my nieces and nephews, and great nephews, and all of my cousins and their children, and their children as well.

I love Fall. It is a beautiful season next to Spring which is my other favorite season of the year. I will not talk about it yet because she has already come and gone. I will talk about her next year, or ten months from now. She did bring beautiful life to the Earth when she came, especially the new baby birds, 🌺 flowers, and 🌴 trees.🌳 So, what is your favorite season of the year, and why?

My Favorite Drink is Blackberry Merlot

What is your favorite drink?

I like Blackberry Merlot because it is smooth, tart, and sweet. I can drink it with anything,, or I can have a glass of it to sip on. I don’t drink it much though, but whenever I do have it I enjoy it.

Blackberries

Normally I drink it room temperature, but sometimes I drink it chilled. I like how it relaxes me. It doesn’t give me a hangover like beer did when I drank it, but wine has always been my favorite drink to sip on.

What’s your favorite drink you like to sip on? Drink responsibly and have a good time.

Social Media

I use social media platforms that I like to communicate online. I think it is a good thing. Social media is good to use because you can connect with those whom you haven’t seen in a long time. I do not only use social media when I am online, I use the internet to look up things that I want to know about, especially when I am doing research on something. If it were not for social media and the internet, it would be hard to contact those we haven’t communicated with in a long time. I communicate online to reach out to financial places, to reach out to my school, and lots of other things. I can remember when I first used social media, it was in 2001. It was so foreign to me. I didn’t know what to think about it. I learned how to use the internet to look up things. I used Facebook for the first time. I learned what “www” meant. I learned how to copy and paste. I learned how to use PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. I learned about the different search engines, different apps, and different platforms, I learned how to shop online, and I learned how to make things small, I learned how to use a laptop computer for the first time. Everything I learned, I figured it out on my own. I didn’t have books to look at to show me what to do. I just typed stuff in the search bar to see what would come up. When I saw how simple that was, everything else became easy. To be honest, I am still learning new things about computers, the internet, and so much more. I was really excited when I learned how to take pictures from my phone and add them to my computer. I had a Gateway laptop. I used it for everything until the keyboard quit working. That was the computer I learned everything on. when it went out, I didn’t know what to do. I tried to fix it myself, but to no avail, I couldn’t. After that, I decided to buy another computer. I felt so much better when I purchased it. It’s not the brand I had, but it gets the job done.

Yes, communicating online is great. I think it will improve with different communication platforms besides the ones we use now. I hope they create something where we can smell food through the screen with just the touch of a button, that would be cool. I wonder how hard it would be to communicate if we had to use telephone directories to look up a new place, or a phone number that we didn’t have. We would have to use the newspaper to look for new places and resort to friends for information. We would be in a terrible fix. So, I am thankful to have the internet. Not having the internet leaves you in the dark about things. You don’t know what’s going on in the world, and it is like living in the dark ages.

Well, I am tired. I am going to call it a night. Until next time, stay safe, stay warm, and keep up with what’s going on on the internet.

Doing What I Enjoy

When are you most happy?

I am most happy when I am singing to the Lord. Singing is something I have been doing since I was four years old. When I am singing to Him, my soul is flying free. Singing to God and feeling the Holy Spirit around me brings even more joy to my soul. Being in the presence of the Holy Spirit is a beautiful blessing. Knowing that He is always with me I am never alone.

Spending time reading my favorite books is another thing I enjoy doing that makes me happy. There are so many things that I could talk about when I am most happy.. Sometimes thinking about when I was growing up is when I am most happy. I think about all of the fun I had going to church with my grandmother. Those are memories I will always keep in my heart.

I can say that being thankful for all of my blessings, friends, and family is what makes me the happiest, and luckiest person in the world. 🌎 When are you most happy?

Me being happy and blessed.

San Antonio, TX

Daily writing prompt
What cities do you want to visit?

I would like to visit San Antonio, TX. I have seen so many pictures of it, and travel shows where people are traveling there and having a good time. It looks like there are so many beautiful places there to explore. When I saw it on the travel channel, I could just see myself sitting and eating in one of their fine eateries, shopping in some of the department stores, and sitting in one of their parks enjoying a sunset.

I don’t have a bucket list, but there are a lot of places I want to visit. I would like to visit the Alamo that’s located there as well. I would like to see it with my eyes instead of looking at it in a book, and replicas of it in movies. Learning about it in history class when I was in middle school is what was interesting to me about it. I never really liked history, but it was something about learning about the Alamo that made me want to visit there someday.

Another city I would like to visit is New York City. I would like to go and visit Ground Zero where the Twin Towers once stood and say a prayer. I would like to go sightseeing, shop, take pictures, go out to eat and have a good time. I would like to go to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. I would also like to go see the neighborhood where Coming to America was made. I would like to go and see the business district where the highrise buildings are and take some pictures there. I would like to go and see the churches that are there. I would also like to go and see where Sex in the City was made that’s one of my still favorite shows. There is so much I would want to do if I could ever go and take a vacation there.

The list goes on and on. These are just two of the places I would like to visit someday. If I never get to, I know that I can always Google those places take pictures of them, and put them on a vision board.

What are some places that you would like to visit someday? What would you do there if you ever went? Well, until next time, keep traveling, and safe journeys.

This is an article about some of the places I would like to visit someday. There's nothing wrong with having a bucket list. What are some places you would like to visit some day? What would you do if you did?

Start Over

What would you do if you lost all your possessions?

Being blessed.

If I lost all of my possessions, I would just start over. Material things are not always meant for us to keep. We brought nothing into this world, so if we lose everything we have, it is just suppose to be that way. Nothing lasts forever, so we can’t hold on to what we did not create in the first place.

If I lost everything I have. I would still praise God, because life is more important than material things. We only get one life on this earth and it should be cherished to the fullest. Material things are good to have, but they are not worth holding on to because those things are just that; THINGS.

Things will always be here, but we will not. Don’t cherish things, cherish life.

Learning New Things

What’s the trait you value most about yourself?

The trait I value most about myself is I enjoy learning. I always want to know how something works, how it was built, and what something is for. I enjoy learning because things are constantly evolving around me, such as technology. Technology is something that I have always loved learning about since I used my first Apple computer in middle school, and using my first typewriter, and word processor. When I got my first cell phone, I knew that technology was going to take over the old ways of communicating and how we live our lives.

Being educated is very important to me. I want to learn all that I can while I can. I don’t ever not want to be in the know. Whenever I want to learn something, I do my research on the subject I want to learn about. For instance, I wanted to learn to create ebooks. I did my research and came across the program I use now to create them. I wanted a blog site with a website, so I came across WordPress and the rest is history. There is so much I have learned on my own just because I love learning.

You never get too old to learn something new. For as long as there will be technology, we will be learning something new. Don’t ever stop wanting to learn. Learning is fun. When I learn something new it lifts my confidence. I feel smarter than I was in the beginning.

There are other traits about myself that I value, such as being outgoing, and outspoken. One thing I can say is that I call it like I see it and I tell it like it is. I will not apologize for the truth no matter how harsh it may be. I always get my point across in anything I am discussing. I am very outgoing. I have fun wherever I am. I love to laugh and make others laugh as well. I enjoy working just as much as I enjoy learning. I have always been told that my laugh is contagious because whenever I laugh others laugh with me. Having and sharing joy is what makes me happy. There’s so much sadness in the world. If I can make one person smile, or laugh I have done my part.

We all have things about us that makes us who we are, and there are things about ourselves that we like, or don’t like, but we all have things that we value about ourselves. We just have to take time out to find out what they are by searching our soul to see what those things are. No one can find out what they are except us.

Accept yourself for who you are. Let your love shine through. You never know whose day you will brighten.

Beautiful.

My Beautiful Brick Mansion

What does your ideal home look like?

Well, growing up I didn’t have much but I was thankful for what I did have. My home wasn’t fancy, but it was home. My dream home is a beautiful four story brick mansion. My home I live in now isn’t my dream home, but it is a place to live for now until my dream come true for my dream mansion. Since I was a little girl I always wanted to live in a very big house with lots of rooms, bathrooms, and everything else.

Sometimes I like to visit this neighborhood that has mansions as far as the eyes can see, they are so beautiful. One day I want to live in that neighborhood in my mansion with my children and grandchildren, and my husband. I cam see us sitting outside with the pit smoking meat and having fun. If I keep praying for it I know it will happen for me.

Every little girl has very big dreams. That’s my big dream, well one of them anyways. Until next time may your homes be as big as you can imagine them being. Bye for now.

Inviting Jesus and the Apostles to Dinner

If you could host a dinner and anyone you invite was sure to come, who would you invite?

I would invite Jesus and the Apostles to dinner if I could. I know it would be great! I know that there would be lots of questions asked about what it was like to walk with Jesus. No one would probably want to eat right then, but I do know that I would want to sit right next to Jesus. I would wonder what they would think about the food being served. I would wonder if they would like it. I would wonder what they would think about all of the appliances that have been invented, and television, and the smart phones and such.

I am quite sure they would be amazed at how things have changed since way back then. I don’t rightfully know what they would like to drink other than water, perhaps some nonalcoholic beverages. I would also wonder what they would think about the different styles of clothes and how we dress now compared to the way they dressed back then. I can just hear laughter and conversation. I wonder what they would think about the computers that we have now, and the many different things we have with so much to choose from, and the different ways we can get an education. I also wonder what they would say to see the Bible’s that I have. For certain the Word would be discussed from Genesis to Revelation.

I know that this was the question asked that I am responding to, but it would be really great if I could invite them to dinner.

Spaghetti and Meatballs With Marinara Sauce

What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?

I love Spaghetti. It is one of my favorite dishes that I fix often. I make this dish where I work and they love it. The thought of eating my favorite dish makes me happy. It is so delicious! It’s quick to make depending on the kind of spaghetti strings you’re using. I like the angel hair pasta strings, they cook quick. I like how they take in the sauce all of the way and not just partly. This dish is delicious because it reminds me of my childhood learning to make it differently instead of the same way all of the time. Now that I am grown, I have more ideas for this dish. The possibilities are endless but I will keep them to myself for now. I have to try them out before I share them. What’s the most delicious thing you have ever eaten? Until next time, keep being creative in the kitchen.

I Wouldn’t Change My Name Even if I Had To

If you had to change your name, what would your new name be?

I wouldn’t change my name even if I had to because my name is unique. My name was given to me by my aunt. There’s no one with my name except myself. I like my name because when I say it, it makes me smile. How many people can say that saying their name makes them smile? My name gives me good feelings, and saying it is beautiful.

I would never change my name because if I did I wouldn’t be me without it. My name isn’t plain and ordinary, it has a ring to it that makes it sexy. I am so glad she gave me my whole name. If you had to change your name what would your new name be and why?

Self-Confidence

Describe something you learned in high school.

In high school, there are so many things that teenagers go through. Bullying, peer pressure, pubity the choice whether to have sex, or not to have sex, cliques, (groups), whether you’re popular or not. Those are some of the things that are still happening today.

Honestly, things haven’t changed much since then. Those things still exist. They exist at work, church, home, and everywhere. There’s no escaping it.When I was going to school, I never let anyone influence me to do bad things. I never let anyone pressure me to do something bad. I always avoided things that could get me into trouble.

Children nowadays don’t think about what they do or say, but when things at school starts to be unbearable, they become pressured about what someone says about them. Sometimes, they turn to drugs. It causes depression, and anxiety, which could cause someone to do the unthinkable to themselves.

SELF CONFIDENCE

Self confidence is something that we have to help us remember that we can be confident in knowing that we can be confident in doing what’s right. We don’t have to worry about what others say. We don’t have to give in to their tactics, or their bullying so they can make themselves feel bigger than what they are. People who treats others like that are already small.

Having self confidence mean something. It means holding your head up high even when you have been put down. It means having faith in doing what’s right no matter what. It means getting back up when you’ve been knocked down more than once.

I learned self confidence in high school. I learned how to stand up for myself. I learned how to face a bully, I avoided peer pressure. I stayed away from gangs, I did everything I could to protect myself from that kind of thing. I always knew that if I gave in to those types of things, they could lead me down the wrong road in life.

Having self confidence is a beautiful thing. It doesn’t make you weak, it doesn’t make you a goody two shoes, it only makes you smart, and wise. It shows that you care about what you want in life. It shows wisdom, and it can’t ever be taken from you.

Always encourage yourself and others. Again, having self confidence is a beautiful thing.

Until next time, and as always, thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul.

Typing To The Beat of Music

What’s a secret skill or ability you have or wish you had?

Typing to music is fun. It makes me smile when I get into the rhythm. It gives me the opportunity to be creative in my musical writing. It gives me more ideas to write about. I realized this gift many years ago. I am always thinking of how I can be creative and still have fun while I am writing.

Music is a part of me. I am always humming a tune, or singing a song in my mind that I may want to write about, that’s why I pay close attention to the lyrics in songs. Writing is something I will always do. It is how I express myself. It is how I travel with words. Writing for me is about using my imagination to paint pictures through what I write. If is to captivate the minds of the readers. It is to take them on adventures that they too can write about.

So, always be creative in your writing, you may never know who you will inspire to share their journey in words.

The Way Things Are Sometimes Said

What makes you laugh?

Sometimes when someone is talking, they may not realize how they are coming across to the other person. Sometimes when someone says something, it can come out funny. They will ask, what’s so funny? You can tell them it was what they said and how they said it. This happens to me all of the time. It is good to find humor in words that can make you laugh. Laughing make me happy. It takes away anxiety, stress, and depression. I like watching my favorite shows that I know will make me laugh. I like listening to music that makes me smile. Ready my favorite book makes me laugh. Cracking jokes makes me laugh; sometimes I literally make myself laugh when I say something and it strikes me as funny. I literally be holding my side crying laughing.

Live, laugh, love, be joyful, and stay in peace. Until next time, thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul.🎈

Learning More With Technology

How has technology changed your job?

Using technology on the job makes things easier, and more proficient. It helps us to be more productive in getting work done. Technology has changed the way we operate in the workplace. Everything is done through technology. One way is the way we communicate with each other, the way we send mail, the way we schedule appointments, the many different ways are endless. You can have a whole conversation with many people through a group chat, social media, and doing business all over the world.

Because of technology, we can work remotely. We do not have to be confined to a building just to work like before. We can set our own hours that we want to work. Technically, I think it is good to have a choice whether to work at home , or commute everyday. Technology has broadened our horizons when it comes to the workforce. I believe that after a while, everything will be done remotely except for the things that has to be done in a building, such as hospitals, doctors offices, nursing facilities, and daycare. There are lots of others, but those are just to name a few.

Having choices to choose from is always good. My choice is this; to do what I am passionate about whether remotely, or inside of a building. As long as I am happy that’s all that matters. So, until next time, and as always, thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul. Have a wonderful weekend.🌺

Absolutely beautiful.

Saying No

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

All of the time. I refuse to let things interfere with my goals. I do not let things destroy my vision for what I want to do in my life. My goals are important to me. I will not let anyone, or anything interfere with my goals.

Me being happy 😇

A Nurse

When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was five I wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. I wanted to be a nurse because I wanted to help people stay well. Little did I know I was speaking into my life. Now I have the opportunity to get my CNA license, and I will have them in six weeks. It is amazing to me to see my dreams come true. I have always Walton be in the medical field in some way, and now I get to see it happen and live my dream.

I was talking to God just last week when I got off work. I asked Him would I ever get my license, because I wished I could. I didn’t think anything else about it. He heard my prayer. He heard my thoughts. It is amazing how God will surprise us when we believe and have faith in Him. Who else can we trust? Who else can we turn to? He is always there even when we don’t feel His presence.

Just remember, He loves us all unconditionally; more than our mind can fathom. His love is never ending, all of His promises are yes and amen, His mercies are new every morning, and He will provide for our every need. Pray and ask God for what you want, you just may get it. He is a rewarded to those who diligently seek Him with all their heart.

Until next time, and as always, thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul.

The Blessed and Highly Favored!

Real

What is one word that describes you?

I am real and not fake. I am raw and outspoken. There are many words that describes me, but for now real is the mood that I am in. I am real everyday. What you see is what you get. Accept me or not, it’s your choice because I can only be me, and that’s real.

What is one word that describes you?

Me being Me, and that’s real.

My Favorite Department Store

Where would you go on a shopping spree?

I would go on a shopping spree at my favorite department store, or I would go to my favorite car dealership and buy the vehicles I want. I love shopping. I could shop all day if I could afford to.

I would like to go in shopping Paris France one day when I am famous and take pictures there. That would be a dream come true for me. Where would you go on a shopping spree if you could? Deuces🌸

My Middle Name is Hebrew

What is your middle name? Does it carry any special meaning/significance?

My middle name is La’Shon, and it is Hebrew. I found it when I was looking through my Bible Concordance one night, so I highlighted it. It makes me feel special knowing that my middle name is unique. I don’t tell everyone because I do not want to try to answer questions that I don’t have the answers to. When I think about my name being what it is, I often wonder why I was the one to be blessed with such a beautiful name. My whole name is unique. My first name is so unique that there’s not a meaning for it. I have always been told that I have a beautiful name. I have never let it go to my head, or thought that I was better than anyone else. I do know that I like the finer things in life. I guess that’s what makes me who I am according to what my name is.

My name makes me smile when I say it. Not a lot of people can pronounce my name correctly. When I pronounce my name for people, I literally have to break it down for them and teach them how to say it. My name, smile, and eyes has a connection of some sort. I have never been able to figure out why, but it is just like that.

Well, I could go on and on about it, but I don’t want to seem like I am bragging. Until next time, deuces.

This book is about some of the things I have been through. It is about inspiration. It is about not giving up on yourself, your dreams, and knowing that you can do what you want to do if you don’t give up. This is my first book, and so I am proud of it. I am proud of the accomplishments I have made concerning my book. It was just a dream that was so far out of reach, but when I saw my dream become a reality that I could always hold in my hands, it was the best feeling in the whole world. Tears of joy filled my eyes, and a smile adorned my face like never before. I can truly say that I could not have done any of this without God’s help. This would not be possible if He were not with me. So, if you are looking for something to lift you up, purchase my book and get your creativity flowing. If I can do it, you can too. Don’t give up on yourself, and don’t give up on your dreams. God bless. He can make your dreams come true.

My Dream Home: Mansion

Write about your dream home.

Every girl growing up wants to live in her dream home. She knows exactly how it will look, where it will be, and every piece of furniture she wants to put in it.

I am still searching for my dream home. I want my dream home to be a four story mansion so I can have my own private studio where I will do all of my writing, painting, drawing, and recording my shows. I would have state of the art High end kitchen appliances, I would have all of my main bedrooms on the second floor with an elevator. I would have an indoor hot and cold swimming pool complete with a full gym, sauna, and hot tub.

My bathrooms would be set up like a spa retreat. I would have every kind of bath and body oil there is on the market, every kind of body conditioner, and everything that I would need to stay fresh and beautiful. I would have a dressing room built into my gigantic walk in closet. It would contain everything I need. I would have state of the art security cameras all around my mansion. There would also be high security intercoms with codes so I will know who is entering my property.

In the back of my property, I would have my guesthouse’s so family would have some place to sleep when they visit. I would have my greenhouse on the north end of my property where I would grow exotic vegetables and fruits. There would be fruit trees of every kind.

My living room would have the most expensive furniture that money can buy; nothing cheap. My lights would be voice activated, and the thermostat as well. Solar lights would be all around my mansion and driveway that will lead to my six car garage which would welcome me home if I left and returned home.

In my dream home, there would be the best of everything that my heart desires. I know and believe that one day this will be my dream home where I will live and enjoy the rest of my life. It will be something that I will leave for my children, grandchildren, and their children for generations to come. I grew up with nothing extravagant, but this is what I want before I leave this earth. I want my family to never have to want a place to live, because they will have it when my dream comes true.

Beautifully built mansion.
