The vine and the Branches

Jesus is The True Vine. He tells us this in John chapter 15. This is what Jesus said in verse one. “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Now, Jesus is telling us that the Father is the creator of all things, and He is the offspring of His Father. Jesus is the King, and the Son of the Living God. The vinedresser is the one that takes care of everything concerning the vine. God the Father is the vinedresser. He cultivates the vine so that it remains strong, and when everything is grown and ready for harvest the fruit of the vine is healthy and good as it should be.

Vinedresser-A person who tends or cultivates vines, especially grapevines. A worker of the soil, husbandman, farm-laborer, vinedresser. In verse two, Jesus tells us that,”Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

In order for a tree to bear fruit, it has to be pruned, all of the dead limbs must be cut away so that the branches can continue to grow like it should, but when it is not producing like it should after it has been pruned and not bearing fruit, it is cut off and thrown into the fire to be burned. When we stay connected to Jesus, we will bear fruit, but if we do not stay connected to Jesus we will not bear fruit. All of our substance comes from the Lord, and without Him we will die just like a branch that is not producing fruit.

In verse three, Jesus tells us that we are already clean because of the word that has been spoken to us. God’s Word is a cleanser to our souls. Without His Word we would still be spotted and stained with sin and shame. We would not be forgiven of all of our wrongs, and we would have to die in all of our sins being separated from God forever. In verse four, Jesus tells us,”Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” We must abide in Jesus, and He will abide in us. Apart from Him we cannot grow and be strong. We must abide in Him, He is our nourishment. Our souls are watered by the word of God. Jesus is the vine, we are the branches, and God is the Potter and we are the clay. When we abide in Him, He will shape us and make us, and mold us into the people He wants us to be to bring more souls to the Kingdom of God. We draw our strength from Him just as a tree draws strength from the roots to keep it standing. We must be rooted and grounded in the Word of our Father that we may grow thereby. We are all ashes before Him, a vapor in the wind. We are here one minute, and the next minute we are gone. We do not belong to ourselves, we belong to Him; so therefore we must abide in Him so He will abide in us. Without Him, we would not exist and have our being, just as a tree cannot grow without nourishment, we cannot grow without Him.

In verse seven, Jesus tells us,”If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it will be done for you. When we obey the words of Jesus, we can ask for whatever we desire and it will be done for us! How amazingly awesome is that? It is that simple. We just have to obey God. We are His children. He wants to give us the desires of our heart. He wants us to be happy and full of joy everyday. What is most important is that we should be happy in Jesus. Material things pass away, they don’t last long, but the Word of God will stand forever. His Word is from everlasting to everlasting, and it will never change.

In verse eight, Jesus tells us,”By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. If we do what Jesus say, we are His disciples. I know sometimes it is hard being a Christian because of all of the things that Christians have to go through in certain places in the world, but we always come out on top no matter what the case may be. Even when Christians are being persicuted, we still stand strong. Why? Because we have Jesus on our side, and if we did not have Him on our side where would we be? We would be in a bad situation without Him.

Love and Joy Perfected

Jesus tells us in verse nine,”As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. In verse ten, Jesus tells us,”If you keep my commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.” In verse eleven, Jesus tells us,”These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, anad that your joy may be full.

Jesus is telling us to obey God, keep the commandments, abide in Him, have joy, and abide in His love. What a wonderful Savior. He is everything to me. He is the best, and greatest Father that anyone could ever hope for in this world. His love that He has for us will never fail. He will love us until our dieing day and even when we get to heaven. How marvelous is the love that He showers on His children. Take some time just to thank Him and tell Him just how much He means to you. Tell Him how much you love Him, and how thankful you are to have Him in your life. He is waiting to hear from you. May God bless all of His children, and the United States of America. Amen.

This flower is rooted and grounded in the earth that God created.

Prayer

As I was reading this blessed day, I began to think about Prayer. Prayer is the one thing that we can all do to spread the Gospel of Christ to a lost and dieing world. When we pray, we are talking to God directly. We are making our petitions known to Him. When we pray, it changes things that we may not even see, but it is being done in the Spirit that it may manifest here on earth. Prayer changes things; not only does it change things, but prayer can and will change a person if they want to be changed. Prayer makes things happen that we never ever thought would happen. God listens to all of our prayers, He may not answer them when we want Him to, but He does in His own time. He may say yes, no, maybe, or in due time. We just keep on praying and waiting and having faith that we will hear from Him.

There are people in this world that does not know what prayer is, or what faith is. Because there are so many different religions, people believe how they want to believe, and who they want to believe in. God gives us free will to make our own decisions. We make our own choices, but do we get it right all of the time? No we do not. We make mistakes everyday, we are human beings. We all need prayer at some point in our lives, if not everyday. We go through things that we have no control of, so we need prayer to help us make it through whatever situation we are in. Jesus prayed for us in the garden before He was arrested. It is wonderful to know that we have a Savior who prayed for all of us before we were even born. That is powerful prayer! How amazing it is to know that the King of Kings prayed for all of us! That is why prayer is important. Jesus prayed, so we should pray to.

In the quiet times when everything is still, just take time to pray for someone. Thank God for His amazingly, wonderful gift of prayer. All praises be to God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who was and is and is to come. Amen.

Never stop praying. Prayer changes things. Prayer is very powerful.

Salvation and Deliverance

Salvation-Being “saved” among Christians(see also Christian); salvation is freedom from the effects of the Fall of man. This freedom comes through faith in Jesus, who is called in the New Testament “the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him”.

Deliverance-In Christianity, deliverance refers to the activity of cleansing a person of demons and evil spirits in order to address problems manifesting in their life as a result of the presence of said entities and the root causes of their authority to oppress the person.

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ , our Lord and Savior, who was and is and is to come. Glory to God in the highest!!

We all have been delivered from the clutches of hell and death because of what Jesus Christ came to do for us. Had He not came to deliver us, we would still be in sin and shame. He came and set us free that we may live again in heaven with Him for all eternity. Salvation is free because of Jesus, we were bought at a price that cannot ever be repaid by us.

John 3:16-18 “For God so loved the world that HE gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but they shall have everlasting life. “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned ; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Scriptures on Deliverance

Genesis 45:7-“And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.

Psalm 32:7-You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.

Luke 4:18-19-The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted”. To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord“.

Hebrews 11:35-Women received their dead raised to life again.Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection.

We will all need to be delivered from something sometime in our lives, but Jesus is the only one that can bring and give us true deliverance from every circumstance in our lives. We have Him to stand in the gap for us when there are things that the Devil is trying to throw at us; Jesus turns it around and uses it for our good. There is not anything that He cannot do. He delivers us from all of our sins, sickness, shame, and other things that we go through. Not only is He our deliverer, most of all He is our King and Savior forever. His Kingdom will never end. His Kingdom is from generation to generation, and His Word will stand forever.

Keep reading the Word of God that He may show you all of the wonderful things out of His Word that will enrich the lives of all believers. Amen. All praise be to our God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who was and is and is to come. Amen.

Even though we cannot see the Holy Spirit with our eyes, we know He is Here!!!💯💯💯💯

Having the most fun on Mother’s Day. May 12, 2019, Sunday Evening.

Having the most fun on Mother’s Day 😇❤️

I was having so much fun taking pictures with my daughter . The sun was shining bright, the wind was blowing slowly, and it was warm. I felt like I was the only one in the world on that day. I laughed and danced in the street in front of my house. We took so many pictures. I am just glad that there was no cars coming in that direction, it was like I had the whole street to myself. I wonder what next year is going to be like. I hope it is better than this year, but it is a day that I will never forget.💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️

Why I Love To Sing!

When I was just a little girl at the age of four years old, I found my voice in the church choir with my grandmother. I sang along beside her until I found out that my voice was really high, that is when I found out I sang Soprano. I was put on the front row with the other singers. Before I knew it, I was leading songs, and learning new songs to sing. I went out of town whenever we went to sing at other churches. I have always received standing ovations. People would come to my church just to hear me sing. As I got older, I started singing more and more. When I would sing, I could see Jesus standing up in the Spirit with His arms open wide, and it still happens to this day. When I sing, my soul is right before God and I feel so free, it is as if He is standing just for me. I feel His presence all around me when I sing even to this day. It does not matter what I am doing when I am singing, I feel His presence.

Music comes from God. He gives us melodies from heaven to make beautiful music to sing praises to Him. When I sing to God, my spirit is free and I know that He is smiling on me. He sings over me at night because I hear music in my head that I have never heard before. I can hear every heavenly instrument being played in my spirit.

I thank God for music, I just don’t know what I would do if there was no music. I think that the world would be a very boring place. Music brings joy to sad hearts, and when listening to spiritual music, it can also lead people to Jesus. Never forget to sing a melody or two to our King who sits high and looks low. Let us all make Him smile with the music that is in our hearts.

Music is inside of my heart💯💯💯🎹🎤🎼🌹

Psalm 29:11

The Lord will give strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.

When we are weak for whatever reason, we can ask God to give us strength. No matter what we are going through in our lives we need strength. We need strength to make it through trying times, when we are struggling through rough times, and just to live. We draw strength from Jesus because He is our strength! He is strong and mighty in battle, the battle of our lives when we are going through spiritual warfare. He fights the enemy for us and we are victorious! We are winners through Him. Greater is He that is in us than He that is in the world! Jesus is in us, and the enemy is in the world! The enemy is Satan! He comes to steal , kill, and to destroy! He is the great deceiver, the devil, the snake, the lier and the father of all lies. He roams to and fro walking up and down in this world seeking whom he may devour. He didn’t win 2000 years ago, and he is completely defeated. He has no more dominion at all whatsoever! Jesus has dominion now and forever! He is alive forevermore!.

When we go to Jesus with all of our problems He gives us peace. There is freedom in Jesus! He is all we need, because He has all we need! He is our shelter in the times of storm! He is our refuge! He covers us under the shadow of His wings, by wings I mean His everlasting loving arms! We are safe when we go to Jesus, nothing can harm us!

He makes a way where there seems to be no way. It is God’s will that we are provided for, because He is our soul provider, our soul protector, and the protector of our souls. When we come to the realization as to who Jesus really is, our lives will never be the same again for the rest of our lives.

Read Psalm 29:1-11 to get a full and complete understanding of what King David is telling us. All praise be to God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who was and is and is to come Amen.

Yes we should💯

Psalm 23 The Lord the Shepherd of His People

I want to talk about this Psalm that was written by King David. As I was reading this Psalm, David tells us that the Lord is our shepherd. A shepherd is someone that protects the sheep in the pasture to keep danger away from them, they lead the sheep to green pastures that they may have good grass to graze on. Shepherds are the kind of people that are selfless, they put the sheep before their own needs. No matter what kind of weather it is, they protect the sheep. They gather them all together in one place to keep them safe, and when the shepherd are tending the sheep, they follow them because they know their shepherds voice.

We are the sheep of God’s pasture, and the pasture is the world that we live in. He protects us from danger and harm, things that can hurt us. We hear His voice and we follow Him to a safe place that He has prepared for us. He gives us everything we need so we can survive in this world. While we live in this world and have our being, we are to share the Word of God with the world, when I say the world, I mean those that are lost and without a Savior; a shepherd to lead and guide them and keep them on the right path.

When we are going through things in our lives and we can’t seem to understand what happened, or how we got off of the right path, we have a shepherd that will get us back on track. He is Jesus. Jesus is our Shepherd and we have everything we need in Him. He came that we may have life to the full, a life overflowing with blessings and miracles. He is our provider. Even when we are in the valley of the shadow of death, we have nothing to fear because He is with us. He anoints us with the oil of blessings. He showers His love on us and fills our hearts with joy and peace. God is a God of more than enough. He gives and gives and gives, you can’t beat God giving no matter how hard you try. He is a God of overflow. He will pour us out blessings that we will not have room enough to contain. He loves us so much. I am so glad that He is our Father.

When our fathers here on earth pass away to go home to be with Jesus, we always have or Heavenly Father to take care of us. We can always call on Him, and He will always answer. He is never to busy to answer His children. He is always on time, He’s never late.

Jesus sent His Holy Spirit to lead and guide us in all of God’s righteous ways, He is our Shepherd. He is not only our shepherd, He is our comforter when we are lonely, our comforter when we have lost a loved one, He is our everything. When reading Psalm 23, take some time to just understand what David is saying about God in the passages.

David went through a lot of things, and he did a lot of things, but he never forgot his God, his Shepherd. David was not always King David, he was a shepherd boy who tended the sheep and protected them. David was a man after God’s own heart. He was not perfect, not by long shot, but he got his life right with God before God called him home to dwell with Him forever.

When life gets rough, we need to remember who our Heavenly Shepherd is, the one who loves us more than anything. All praises be to God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who was and is to come, Amen!

Our Father will always protect us.💯💯

The First Epistle of John

As I was thinking about what I was going to write about, John came across my mind. I opened up my Bible and started reading the first chapter and part of the second chapter. I began to see things that took me back to the very beginning of the Word in Genesis. I see how it all ties together for us to understand what Jesus is telling us.

To my understanding we have seen God in the flesh through His Son Jesus Christ. He has always been here since the beginning. He was in Spirit form. His voice was heard by everything, and by His speaking everything was created.

We touch Jesus whenever we touch the Word of God, and not only do we touch Him, but He touches us, and not only does He touch us, He speaks to us as well. He speaks to or spirit because it is His Spirit that keeps us alive. We can do nothing without Him, but with Him we can do all things.

Jesus is not only the Son of God , but He is also the Word of Life; the Living Word of Life. Our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.

First John 2:1-2 John Writes: My little children, these things I write to you , so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.

He laid down His life for us that we may have eternal life with Jesus in heaven and not be separated from God for all eternity. He made all things new for us that we may have a better life; a life in Him more abundantly. He stands up for us when we do something wrong, or when someone does wrong to us to speak for us that we may have a second chance to do things right and to forgive those that have wronged us. When we forgive in His name, we are right with Him, but if we withhold forgiveness it is withheld from us, because in order for us to be forgiven, we must first forgive all those that have done us wrong. Jesus asked the Father on the cross before He hung His head and died to forgive us for we know not what we do. If He can do that for us why is it so hard for us to forgive others? We can do nothing in our own strength, but when we ask God to give us strength in His Son’s name , He does and we can then forgive someone. Forgiveness is not for the person being forgiven, it is for us so the person will not have power over us. Forgiveness is about release. We put that person in God’s hands to deal with, because it is between them and God then.

There is so much in the Book of First John that would take me days to explain, but just take some time and read it. God has a wealth of information and wisdom in His Word just for all of us to read and share with those that does not know Him. He wants every person to know Him and His Son, and to trust and believe in them. He loves us all. Nothing can ever change that. There is nothing that we can do to stop God from loving us because we are His children and His creation.

May God be praised forevermore. Amen.
