Where Is the Love, Part 2.

This is the second part of Where Is the Love? Today we are going to journey a bit further through the Scriptures to see what God has to say about the word called”LOVE”. While we are looking at the Scriptures, let us have an open heart to receive what God has to say to us today.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for giving us another day to praise You, and worship You by studying Your Word. Thank You for every blessing that You give to us each day, it is a blessing that Your mercies are new every morning. Thank You for giving us our lives, our health, and our strength to make it through each day. We would not be here if it were not for You, Heavenly Father. May Your name be lifted on high forever more, Amen.

To start our lesson, let us look at Ecclesiastes 3:8-A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. We should love at all times, no matter what. Love from the Father is the most important kind of love there is in the world. Yes, we love those that we are married to,and we love our families. We are a part of God’s family, and that is love that will never change; it will always be the same today, yesterday, and forever. We are never to hate people, because God loves everyone; He created us to love, not to hate. To hate is not God’s nature, but He does hate evil, and sin, and wickedness. We are to love the things that God loves, which is righteousness and truth, and hate what He hates, such as sin, evil, and wickedness, and anything that is not right in His eyes. War has always been since the beginning of time; it is all through the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. It talks about wars, and rumors of wars before the end comes. There will be a battle against good and evil. There will be Scripture coming later on those subjects. Peace is something that our world does not have. The times that we are living in today has caused more drama than a little bit. Can we even find peace during these trying times that we face from day to day? Can we wake up feeling peace in our heart, mind, and soul? We are facing something that we never thought we would have to face, but where is the peace that we once had?

We can find peace in Jesus Christ. He gives us peace even in this storm that we are having to face. He gives us peace that we may rest knowing that everything will be alright. We may not be able to see it, but His peace can be felt in our heart. He gives us peace to make it from day to day. We know that He holds everything in His hands; He keeps us all held together so that we will not let this thing overtake us. Yes, it is hard to see the positivity in the circumstances that we are in right now, but things are starting to turn around little by little. As long as we do not lose faith during this trying time that we are facing, the enemy will not win! As long as we keep on praying, that shows God that we trust in HIM, and have faith enough to know that He will work this all out. When we seek God, we find Jesus, and we find the peace we need to sustain every day because He is our eternal peace.

Let us look a Amos 5:15-Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgement in the gate: it may be that the Lord God of hosts will be gracious unto the rememberant of Joseph. As the Scripture states, we should hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgement at the gate. I cannot make it any plainer, hate what God hates, love what God loves. It is not hard to do, but we are human beings, and there are those that are just the opposite of what the Scripture says. Some just love evil and doing evil things. What does that profit them? Where does it lead them in eternity? Evil leads people to hell and death, or behind bars for the rest of their lives; it is not wise to love evil and hate good. Doing good will always have a good reward, and some are remembered by the good things that they have done; it is never forgotten. God rewards the righteous. God always remembers the good things that we do concerning the building of His Kingdom; everything that we do should be for the building of God’s Kingdom, and that is sharing our faith and bringing people to Jesus Christ. God remembered Joseph when He was in prison, and eventhough Joseph was in prison, God still gave him favor. Joseph was good to the others, and he was promoted eventhough he was in prison. It does not matter where we are in our lives, God see everything that we do; that is why it is important to do good at all times.

establish judgement in the gate – Bing I wanted to have a clear understanding of what that part of the Scripture was saying to us, so I looked it up on Bing to find out. Click on the line and it will take you straight to the meaning of the Scripture.

Let us take a look at Zechariah 8:17-And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbor; and love no false oath: for all these are things I hate, saith the Lord. We are never to imagine evil in our hearts against his neighbor; and love no false oath. God tells us this beause these are the things that He hates. Our neighbors are everyone, it does not matter how far they are from us, or how near they are to us; we are all neighbors. This makes me think about the story of the good samaritan that helped the man that was beaten and left for dead on the road when the traveler saw him and helped him, as to where everyone else walked on by. Jesus is like that, He helps everyone. He may not come when we call Him, but He is always on time. There may have been times when you have heard a person say the words”on oath”love no false oath – Bing, we are not to believe it or love it God hates that, the only words we are to love is the Words of God that He speaks to us through His Word, and what HE speaks to our spirit. What God tells us will always be true from everlasting to everlasting.

This next Scripture is a very hard Scripture to understand and do. Jesus tells us to do something that He knows we will not be able to do in our own strength. We can only do it by fasting and praying for God to help us to do this great thing; because we are HIS children, we must do it at all costs.

Let us take an adventure into the Scripture of Matthew 5:44-But I say unto you, “Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully persecute you; When I look at this Scripture, in my mind, it takes me back to my younger years when people would say mean and hateful things to me, and other things along that line. I never retaliated for a long time. I have always been the type of person that was quiet unless someone said something to me. People can be cruel and vicious. Jesus wants us to love our enemies, but why? When we follow Jesus we must love everyone, even the unloveable. We must pray for them; as a matter of fact, we must love all people. When there is someone that just continue to do you wrong, curse you, and do all manner of evil against you, we still have to love them and pray for them; why? Because we are God’s children and that is the Christian thing to do, and not only that , it is written in the Word of God.

I know all about persecution. When someone persecutes you, it does not feel good; it hurts. When someone curses you, it does not feel good. When someone hates you, it does not feel good. When we pray for those kind of people that does these things to us, we are putting them in the hands of Jesus. We are to let Him deal with them, why? Because He can do more than we can. He can change that person to not be that way towards others. He can give them a new heart, and a new way of thinking, and new eyes as to how to look upon others with a kind heart. Because we belong to God, we are going to face persecution. Not everyone believe in Jesus, so they will say and do anything to offend us and hurt us because of Him. When people act like that, they are lost souls that are in need of a Savior, and that Savior is Jesus Christ, the one that takes away the sins of the world.

Let us look at Matthew 6:24-No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. We cannot serve God and money.mammon – Bing

Nothing belongs to us. Everything belongs to God. We are to love nothing more than we love Him. We are not to make idols out of anything. We are to love God, worship and praise Him only; not things or other people, not wealth and riches. We came in world with nothing, and we cannot take nothing out of the world when we leave here. We cannot serve two masters. We need to choose this day whom we will serve while it is still called today.

In this next Scripture, Jesus once again is telling us how to treat our neighbor.

Matthew 22:39-And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. When we pray for our neighbor, we are showing God that we care about our neighbor, we love them. When we check on them, we are showing them that we care for them. We are the hands and feet of Jesus while we are here on this earth. We are to be caring to all people, loving , and compassionate. We treat people how we want to be treated, because we never know when we just may need our neighbor to help us. As I stated before, everyone is our neighbor; not just those that live around us, but all people. Jesus loves everyone, and so should we. We are all family in His eyes. He created us all. We all belong to Him.

love thy neighbor scripture – Bing love thy neighbor scripture kjv – Bing I thought it would be a good idea to look up the Scripture so that we can see other verses on this subject.

Luke 6:27-But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you. This is a very important subject to Jesus, because He has told us this again through Luke. We must love others, even our enemies, and we are to do good to them which hate us. How can we say that we love God who we cannot see, and hate our brother that we see everyday? When we do that, that makes us liers and the truth is not in us. God is love, so therefore we are to love as well. We have free will, but love is important. How can we live our lives without love in our hearts for others? When we love others, and treat people good that hate us, we are showing them the love of Christ, and we are showing them that no matter how they feel about us we are going to love them anyway. The love of Jesus Christ outweighs everything, and that includes hate.

When you click on this, it will take you to the this beautiful music, hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Let us see what true LOVE really does. John 3:16-For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. “For God so loved”, let us think about that for a moment. When we think about real love, what do we think about? How do we feel? Well, When I think about love, I think about God sending His only Son into this world to die for my sins. I think about how He took the nails just for me. I think about how He took the punishment that I deserved for my sins. I think about how on the third day He rose just for me. I cannot speak for everyone, but I can speak about how I feel, and what I think when I think about love. God loved this whole world. He loved us all so much that he did not want any of us to perish in the end, so He sent His Son to take our place; to become sin for us, the ultimate sacrifice once and for all. We will have everlasting life when we believe in Jesus, and trust in God. Love laid down His life for us. Love opened blind eyes for those that could not see, love made the lame walk, love calmed the raging sea, love fed the multitude twice, love walked on water to save us in the middle of a storm, love was tempted forty days in the wilderness by the devil, love is our mediator, love stands for us when we call His name, love dries our tears, love gives us beauty for ashes, love picks us up when we fall down, and love remembers our sins no more. If we did not have real love we would perish in our sins. https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=gRKwHSAMZTQ&feature=sharehttps://music.youtube.com/watch?v=gRKwHSAMZTQ&feature=share

Let us look at John 13:35-By this shall men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. Jesus is telling us that if we do not have love one to another we are not His disciples. We must have love one to another so that men will know that we are disciples of Jesus.

This Scripture is the most important. It talks about Greater Love. Who is our greater love? What is greater love? John 15:13- Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for His friends. Jesus is our greater love. He is love. He lad down His life for us, no one took it from HIM. He could have called on a leigon of angels if He wanted to, and they would have took Him right down from the cross. Love kept Him there, not the nails. He suffered for us so we could be free, so we would not have to be separated from Him for all eternity. We are no longer enemies of God because of what Jesus did for us. We have a friend that came from heaven and died for us, if that is not greater love, then I just don’t know what is. His love will stand the test of time forever. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. We have sixty-six books that talks about the love He has for us,and what He did for us. How can we not want to open our love letter and read about the Greatest Love since before the beginning of time? I know it can be hard sometimes because life gets in the way with all of the distractions going on around us, but that is where we set aside time to do that. We need to spend more time with the One that set us free from sin. Jesus wants to have a relationship with us, not just a part-time relationship when we need or want something from Him. He wants to spend time with us on a daily basis. He loves us very much.

This ends part two of Where Is the Love. Part Three is on the way, also stay tuned to see where God is going to take us through this series on that four letter word called LOVE.

The Pattern for Servanthood-Matthew 20:25-28: Greatness Is Serving: Holy Bible pg. 679.

Matthew 20:28-“Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give HIs life as a ransome for many”.

Isaiah 42:1-“Behold ! My Servant whom I uphold, My elect One in whom My Soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.

Habakkuk 1:13-You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, And cannot look on wickedness. Why do You look on those who deal treacherously And hold Your tongue when the wicked devour A person more righteous than he?

Romans 3:23-For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 6:16-18:Dead To Sin, Alive To God.

(v.16.) Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom, you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?

(v.17.) But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered.

(v.18.) And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.

Romans 6:23-For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Matthew 28:20-The word ransom describes the price paid to set a slave free- Christ voluntarily purchased our liberation. There was only one way our Holy God could remove our guilt yet remain true to His own law: someone sinless had to pay our sin debt.

Eery human on the face of this earth has sinned; there is not one person that’s completely innocent of not sinning. People sin everyday without even realizing it. People have bad thoughts, curse, and do things that are terrible to one another not realizing that they are sinning. That is the reason we have to ask for forgiveness all day everyday. If we didn’t have a Savior to go to we would really be ina bad fix for all eternity. We would never be able to ask for forgiveness. We all have fallen short of God’s glory. He knows that we are but dust before Him, and that He created us.

He knew all that we would ever do and say when we were born. We live from one day to the next because of His love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness. He loves us so much that He gives us a chance to make things right with Him and to work on changing things about us that we need to change.

No one is perfect except Him, but we will not be perfect until we completely surrender it all to Him. When we do that, He can remake us and mold us into the kind of people He wants us to be that He may use us to bring more people to Jesus tht they may receive eternal life. We are not perfect, we are all sinners saved by His wonderful grace. Salation is free, Jesus paid the price for us when He laid down His life for us at Calvary. We owe Him everything.

It gets hard sometimes, but I am so glad that He did that for me! I just don’t know what my life would be like if I didn’t have Him in my life. I’m so glad that He’s always there to forgive me whenever I fall and make mistakes in my life. He remembers our sins no more.

I may not be perfect now, but I am a work in progress. I hope to be perfect when Jesus comes again to take us home.

Where Is theLove? Part 1.

We say the words, I LOVE YOU, but do we really mean it? Do we know the magnitude of these words when we let them come from our mouth? Do we know how those words makes a person feel? Let us think about those words and what they mean before we say them.

[Maximum Joy Series] Perfect Love – Bible

https://www.bible.com/reading-plans/17156-maximum-joy-series-perfect-love

Today, I am thinking about the real meaning of love from the Scriptures from the King James Version Bible. It is the first Bible that I learned to read. Let us see what the Word says about the word called”LOVE”.

First, I want to ask this question, What does the word Love mean to you? How does it make you feel? What do you think about when that word is mentioned, and who?

Now let us look at Genesis 29:20-And Jacob served seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.

This tells me that he loved her so much that serving his uncle Laban for her for those seven years was worth it, that is how much he loved her. It did not matter how long it took for them to be together, to him it was for a short time. The years that he worked to have her made him happy, because in the end he knew that he was going to have what he worked for.

God is the same way. He will not stop loving us for one minute. It does not matter how long we stay away from Him, and it doesn’t matter how long He pursues us, He knows that one day we will come to Him. His love that He has for us draws us to Him. He is our greatest love.

Let us look at Deuteronomy 6:5-Moses tells us,”And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.”

We are to love the Lord with everything that is within us, that means with all of our being. How can we not love the Lord? He laid down His life for us so that we could be free from sin and shame. He bought us with a price, and that was the shedding of His blood on the cross. He did not have to do what He did, but He did it because of the love that He had for us. It was not the nails that kept Him on the cross; it was love. We must love the Lord always. If it were not for what He did, we all would die in our sins separated from Him forever.

Let us take a look at Psalm 31:23-King David says,” O love the Lord, all ye His saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.”

He is telling us to love the Lord, becasue when we do, when we are faithful and do what we are supposed to do, He will reward us. God loves to reward His children when we are being faithful to Him. We cannot be angry towards God and expect for Him to reward us. We must love Him; He is our Father and He holds us, and every blessing in His hands. perserveth – BingHis love holds us all together when we feel like we are going to fall apart.

I have included a Bing search in the text so that you can look it up and see what it says for yourselves. You can also check out the videos that are there as well. I want everyone to have a clear understanding of what this Scripture means.

Now let us see what King Solomon is going to tell us about the Lord and Love.

Proverbs 3:12-King Solomon, the son of King David, tells us that,”For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Because we are God’s children, when we do something that we shouldn’t, He will correct us. He is our Father, and He does not want us to go on doing the wrong things that we are doing, so He will correct us when we need to be corrected. He does not do it because He wants us to suffer the punishment, He does it because it is for our own good, for our correction to teach us a lesson, and to learn from the wrong thing that was done so we will not do it again. He does it because He loves us. That is just what fathers do. If we were not corrected for our wrongs, He would not love or care about us; He would just let us keep on doing what we were doing that was wrong. Love hurts, but it hurts for the better. The pain doesn’t last forever, it just makes us love our Father in heaven even more.

Proverbs 8:17-I love them them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

The Lord does not despise our love though it be but a small and inconsiderable thing to Him, but He kindly accepts it, and will recompense it with His love and favour; and those of us that seek Him early. That is, with sincere affection, and great diligence. We should want to always seek the Lord in all things. He is the only one that can give us the direction that will lead us to where we need to be in our lives. We are to love the Lord no matter what circumstances we are in. We are not to wait until the last minute to seek Him when we are going through something that we do not understand. His love that He has for us gives us strength to face whatever we are facing in our lives from day to day.

Proverbs 12:1-The Scripture tells us that,”Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.

When we learn to love the instruction of the Lord, we look to Him for knowledge and understanding, but there are those that does not want to be instructed by anyone, not even the Lord. They never come to the knowledge of love, and they will go on being ignorant. They will never know how much He loves them. God does not want to leave us in the state of mind that we are in when we have no knowledge, when we have no reproof of anything in our lives. He wants us all to have knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all things, especially about who He is. Instruction and knowledge goes hand in hand, just as no knowledge and no correction. If you do not want want to have knowledge, you will always be a bruit.

Proverbs 17:17-Scripture tells us,”A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity”.

Jesus is not only our Savior, He is also our brother. He loves us at all times. His love never changes. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He went through adversity for us when He took the punishment that we deserved. He laid down His life for His friends, that is real love. Jesus was born to take the fall for us, to take the punishment for our sins, He became sin for us so that we can be free from sin. He went through all kinds of adversity for us. We would have not been able to go through the adversity that HE went through for us. We would have crumbled under the weight of the cross had we had to carry our own. He fell on the way to give up His life for us, but HE got up and continued walking while He was still being beaten along the way, although Simon of Syrene helped Him carry the cross up the hill to lay down HIS life for us. In the garden He prayed for us, He did everything for us before we were even born. He fought our enemies then, and He is still fighting our enemies for us.

Can Your Financial Institution Be Trusted?

When you work hard everyday it is a rewarding feeling knowing that you are going to be compensated for all of your hard work. When that day comes it is very exciting to be able to get paid, because you get to pay off things that needs to be paid, and maybe there just may be a little left over for you to enjoy for yourself. When arriving to your financial institution to cash your check, or to make a withdrawl, they tell you that your check cannot be cashed, but it can be deposited. You ask why? They come to you with a lame excuse and expect you to believe it. Nevertheless it is deposited so they can see if it is a good check, but you know it is a good check; they tell you that it will be ready the next day and it can be wthdrawn from the ATM, but when the next day comes, there is a problem as to where you can’t get what you have worked for.

You call the contact center to see if they can shed some light on this situation, but to no avail they give you the run around instead of answering the questions that you ask them. They do not try to help you to get this resolved. You call your employer to see if the check is good or not, they tell you that it is the bank that they use and that there should have not been a problem with the transaction. They say that they are going to do everything to get it taken care of, but do you trust what they say, are they telling the truth?

No one should have to wait for their money that they have worked for. That is like working for free. Then there are those that try to tell you how you shouldn’t feel about it. No one has the right to make a person feel that way, and no one has the right to tell a person how they should and should not feel about what has happened to them. They do not know how you feel because it did not happen to them, they do not know the emotional trauma that something like this brings. They do not know what that does to a person on the inside, and how they view people that they thought would be there to help them when something like this happens to a person; it makes them not want to work for anyone anymore, but what can you do when you do not have any other choice but to work to keep things afloat?

When things like this happens, it takes the mind back to slavery when people were forced to work and not be paid for it. It makes a person feel stripped of who they are, their dignity, their self worth, how they see theselves as a person. It makes a person feel less than, it makes a person not want to get up in the morning.

I thought that people had changed and evolved from old ways, but I was wrong. Just because of the color of a person’s skin they are treated differently. How can you feel comfortable going to a place that you have been doing business with for years to be treated like you are no one, like your money is not good enough to be cashed and given to you? Like what you worked for is just a piece of paper that has no value; like it is a piece of junk?

How would they feel if it happened to them? How would they express how they’re feeling? What would they do? It is a shame when you can’t trust your financial institution to be there to resolve things that they know they can but won’t.

No one knows how degrading this sort of thing is except who it has happened to. This sort of thing makes a person not want to never trust anyone again. It makes a person want to do things for themselves; work for themselves.

Banks are all crooks. That is how I feel about it. It does not mater how long a person has been doing business with a company, they just screw you on the end.

The best thing to do is to keep your own money in a safe place yourself, at least you will know tht it is not being bothered.

Because of You

I know someone who saved my life more than once. It is because of You that I am still here. It is because of You that I did not give up along the way to my destiny. It is becasue of You that my life changed for the better. It is because of You that I can live and be happy eventhough I have suffered a lot in my life.

It is because of YOU JESUS! I never could have made it without YOU! All of the nights that I could not sleep, You were there to hold me. You were there to comfort me. You were there to wipe my tears away. You were there when I felt like I could not go on another day. You were there when my heart was breaking when our daughter lost her first child. You were there when I was going through it with her. You were there through it all!

Everyday I thank Jesus for what He has done for me in my life. I am so glad that He is my Savior! I never knew real love until I asked Jesus to come into my life. I did not know what real freedom was until I met Jesus. He is everything to me. He is my best friend.

What He did for me, He will do for you to. No matter what the problem , or the situation may be, He can fix it. I am here to tell you that Jesus is the best! He is awesome. If you have not asked Jesus to come into your life to be your Lord and Savior, do so today while the blood is running warm in your veins. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Do it while it is still called today. Jesus loves you, and may God bless you.

Over and Over Again

Why do we do things over and over again? The answer is that we want the things that we do to be perfect. Why isn’t one time good enough? The answer is that we want to impress others instead of doing what we do for God. Over and over again we are given more than enough chances to get our lives right before Jesus returns.

Over and over again God forgives us for all of our wrongs, but we often take Him for granted. What if He did not give us chance after chance to get our lives right? What if He did not forgive us? What would we do then? How would we feel? The truth is, it would not matter how we feel. We would be punished on the very spot, no questions about it.

Over and over again we forget to put God first in our lives, why? Simply because we are selfish human beings. We only think about ourselves, what we need and want from Him, but do we ever stop to thank Him for all of the things that He has done for us since the beginning of time? Do we thank Him for the life that He gives us on a daily basis? We should always put Him first! He does not have to give us anything, He does not owe us anything; but sometimes we seem to think so when we are at our last hope, at the end of our rope, about to throw in the towel.

Over and over again, He looks at His creation, which is us…I can just imagine what He would say to us if He would tap us on the shoulders and get our attention…I could just imagine the shocking look that would be on our faces. Would we change, or would we stay the same? Would we give Him the time that He deserves from us? Would we spend time in the Word even more? Would we pray more often than usual? Would we be more loving, kind, helpful, compassionate towards others, and would we genuinely love our enemies like HE wants us to do?

Over and over again, He loves us unconditionally. He picks us up when we fall. He protects us, and keeps us fom danger, He makes a way when there seems to be no way, He comforts us when we are feeling in despair, He is our ever present help, and most of all, He is the Great I AM!

Over and over again, let us not forget that He sent HIS ONE AND ONLY SON INTO THIS WORLD TO DIE FOR OUR SINS, THAT IS REAL LOVE! Nothing can ever compare to the love that He has for us.

Jesus tells to love one another as I have loved you. Over and over again, His love never fails.

Feelings

We all have feelings, but sometimes our feelings are hurt by what people say to us. Some people just don’t care about another person’s feelings and how they hurt them. People do not realize that some have done harmful things to themselves because of what someone said to them.

When we were growing up, we always thought that everyone was good and respectful, but we were looking at things though rose colored glasses. We could not see people as mean, and hurtful. As children, we were happy and carefree until someone hurt our feelings, or did something to us to make us close ourselves in and not trust others.

It is the same way now as we have gotten grown and come to the realization that all people are not good. There are people in the world that lives to torment other people because that is just who they are, and there are those that love others and care for them, and care about what happens to them.

There are those that are false accusers because they don’t know how to receive the truth, so they falsely accuse others to make themselves feel good, and think that they have brought the other person down to their size, but in all actuality they are just fools. The truth sounds like a lie to them, and a lie sounds like the truth to them; they do not know any better because that is how they were raised.

When talking to someone, consider their feelings, think before you speak. The words that we speak carry a lot of weight. Words can save a life, or words can bring death; why? Life and death is in the power of the tongue. We need to watch the doors of our mouth at all times, and watch what we let come from our hearts. We don’t know the depth of our hearts, and we don’t know what someone is going through when we are speaking to them. Let us always be encouragers. Let us always lift someone up, not tare them down. Let us always speak with love as Jesus would have us to do, after all He is always listening to what we say and how we say it.

Let our words be seasoned with salt, as we are lights in this dark world. The world we live in is in a dark state right now. We should be spreading love, joy, and happiness, lifting each other up, encouraging each other. When we do the right things it touches the heart of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; He smiles on us, and rain down blessings that we do not have room enough to contain.

As you go through out your day and night, lift someone up with a kind word. You just never know whose life will be changed for the better. God Bless.

Nothing Changes

Why do we try so hard to do our very best to make others happy? Why do we always put others before ourselves? Why do we put what we want on the back burner of life leave it there and never pull it to the front to take care of it? What do we do when we have given all of ourselves away and we have nothing else left to give? We only have one life to live. We only get one time to do all of the things that we want to do in this life, and sometimes we still never get to do what we want to do because we are always having to sacrifice something that we want so that others can have what they need from us; it isn’t fair that we have to do that.

We care about what we do for others, but the question is this, are we appreciated for what we do for those that we are doing things for? Do they even stop to think that what we do is very important? Do they even say to themselves that they thank God for us? Will others sacrifice for us what they want so that we may have the things that we need? Will they go out of the way to do something important for us as we do for them?

Sometimes people get what they want out of you, but whe you need them they turn their backs on you. They act as if you are not important; they look down their nose at you like you are not even a human being. They talk about you as if you owe them something. I for one have experienced that a time or two.

Nothing changes because people will not change. Some are heartless and selfish, mean and hateful, rude, crude, uncaring, and just downright arrogant pricks. It is what it is. Yes, the truth is hard to swallow, but the truth is the truth. I am talking in general because it is what I see on a daily basis.

When we treat others how they want to be treated, good comes from it. When we treat people bad, nothing good comes from it. I was always taught to treat people how I want to be treated. The person that you are mean to just might have to help you someday, but the question is this, will they help you? Will they throw what you did to them back up in your face, or will they turn the other cheek and help you instead? This is why we should treat people right; you just never know who may have to come to your rescue.

When we change, things will change. If we do not change, things will not change. Things will always be the same as they have always been. Let us all change for the better so that the world that we live in will be a better place for future generations.

Believe me when I tell you, children are watching everything that we do. They soak up everything that they see us do. Let us make good choices, and set good examples for them so that they will make good choices when time comes for them to go out and make their way in this world.

Stay safe everyone, we are all in this together.
