My site is for uplifting and encouraging those that need spiritual advice and guidance.
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/1pe.4.8.KJV

God, please give me the courage to love others deeply, with genuine affection. When I get offended, give me the courage to forgive. When I am angry, remind me of the hurt You endured so that I could know You personally. Remove any bitterness, hatred, or envy, and replace it with Your perfect love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This passage of Scripture speaks volumes. Jesus is telling us that He is the resurrection, and the life. He is telling us that He is going to be resurrected after He dies on the cross, and that those of us that believes in Him, though we were dead, yet shall we live. Now, when we give our lives to the Lord, we become new people. We no longer live unto ourselves, but we live unto God through the Spirit of His Son, Jesus Christ, because it is His Spirit that lives in us. We are no longer of this world, but we are of the Kingdom of God. Because we are of the Kingdom of God, we can no longer have our minds on earthly things, but on heavenly things of God, and the things that He has planned for our lives to do. When God raised Jesus from the dead, He was raised with all power in His hands in heaven and on earth. There is nothing to hard for God. We can see God’s power in the rain and storms that comes. We see His power when He makes things happen that we have no control of. He makes a way where there seems to be no way. Without Jesus we can do nothing. Without Him we would fail. Without Him we would be lost in a world of darkness without any light. When we believe in Jesus even as we live we shall never die; He tells us to believe this.
Yes, life gets hard sometimes, but we have Jesus to walk with us through this life that we live from day to day. We are never alone. We never have to worry about what tomorrow may bring, because He is already in all of our tomorrows. We do not have to worry about our future, because He is already there. It is because He lives we can face tomorrow. Just know that He loves us all, and there is nothing that we can ever do to make Him stop loving us. He is love. He is our hearts desire, the brightest morning star, He is our everything.

That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man.
When we are tired from working all day long, we want to eat. We eat to regain our strength. We relax at the end of the day, but what about our spirit? Our spirit needs to be fed just as we put food into our stomach. We eat so our body can be strong, so we can feel good about ourselves, so we can enjoy the fruits of our labour. When we do not eat, our bodies become weak. We can’t function normally because we just don’t have the energy. It is the same way when we don’t feed our spirit with the Word of God. Our spirit is strengthened when we give it the the source that it needs to remain strong. Our spirit is apart of us, because it is the Holy Spirit who lives inside of us. We are strengthened in the Word of God when we study His Word, He strengthens our spirit so we can survive from day to day to run the race that He has set before us. If His Spirit were not living in us, we would not have our being. We would not exist. Nothing and no one exists without Him. He saw us and knew us before we were knitted together in our mothers womb. We were chosen before we even drew our first breath. The plans He has for us were laid out before we even made our first step into this world. He provides all of our needs according to His riches in glory by christ Jesus. He gives us strength when we are weak, because when we are weak, that is when He is strong in us, that is when He does the impossible. When we awake from sleeping, it is not our alarm clocks that wakes us up, it is Him. If He did not wake us up, we would not hear anything at all. It is because of his great love and mercy that He wakes us up. It is because of His grace that He gives us a new day to make things right, to do new things, to decide what kind of life we want to live. It is Him that gives us free will to choose who we will live for, and how we will live our lives on this earth. We can never be strong on our own, we will always need His strength, His help, His everything to sustain us.
For the most part, we never stop and think about those things. We never stop to realize that our lives are just a vapor in the wind; here one moment and gone the next. We should number our days and apply our hearts unto wisdom like God tells us to, because tomorrow is not promised to anyone, not a minute, second, or the next hour. We are all like flowers that fade, just a breath. We are spirits experiencing human lives, not the other way around. If it were not for the bodies that we live in, we would be floating around lost in this big world that we live in, we would have no place to settle. Our bodies hurt, get sick, get tired, weary, and eventually just fall apart, but when we are given our new bodies, we will not have to worry about that anymore. We will not have to worry about sickness and death again. This world is not our home, we are just pilgrims passing through going to a better place. As long as we stay on the narrow path we will make it. There may be trials along the way, but we will make it. We may stumble and fall along the way, but we will make it. There may be times we feel like giving up, but He is there to encourage us along the way. Temptation may arise, but He will give us wisdom not to give in to it. Our enemies may try to attack us, but He is there to fight our battles for us. We may cry, but He is there to wipe our tears away. When we need a hand to hold, we can hold onto His, He will never let us go. He will never leave us nor forsake us. He will always be with us to lead and guide us throughout all of our lives until we are at home with Him. Let us not forget to thank Him for everything He has done for us, for what He is doing for us, and for all that He is going to do for us in our lives. We do not have to worry about our future…He is already there. Therefore, let us remain strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. God bless!
