I know today is Saturday, but it feels like Sunday God will get your attention when you are least expected, and today was the day for me when God got my attention; I did a lot of studying, reading, and writing.

Sometimes, God wants us to sit down, reflect, and be quiet; we can’t hear His voice when we are busy doing things; we never know what God wants to tell us, but what I know it is for our own good; there are times when I am so busy forgetting to spend time with God; life is like that sometimes; we become distracted and focused on other things insted of what’s most important.

He may speak to our spirit through a song, His Word, or someone we may or may not know; when something like that happens, it’s supposed to happen.

When He speaks a word it gives us hope.

Today, I thought about everything God has done for me. I thought about how He shed His blood on Calvary for our sins; I thought about every blessing He has given us; I thought about every storm He has brought us through; I thought about how much He loves us; I thought about God raising Him from the dead; I thought about Him always being with us; He said He would never leave us, nor forsake us.
