Spirit of Wisdom Bible Verses

When we were very young, we did not know a lot about anything, but as we began to grow older, we wanted to know about lots of things. As we age, we learn wisdom along the way. We experience things that we never thought we would. As time comes and goes away, we know more than we ever did in the beginning when we were just learning.

True wisdom can be found in the Word of God, but we have to get into it to learn it. I want to share these Scriptures with you, and they are the Spirit of Wisdom. I pray they will touch your soul. Feel free to share them with those you love. God bless.

I have really enjoyed sharing these Scriptures with you. All of these verses are from the King James Version Bible.

If you have not talked to Jesus in a while, or if you have never talked to Him before, He is waiting to hear from you. He is waiting to give you a new life, and that new lie is in Him. He is ready to change your life for the better. Go to God in prayer and pour your heart out to him, and when you do, ask Him to come into your heart to be your personal Lord, and Savior. It will be the best decision you will ever make in your life for your eternal life. He is waiting with arms wide open to receive you today.

As always, thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul. Stay safe and have a wonderful Labor Day weekend.

The Sounds 0f Blackness-Various Artists

This is the video of Optimistic- It is graphic, but it was what was going on at the time. Listen to the words of the song.
This is the song Jesus is Love by Lionel Richie
This song is I’m Blessed by Charlie Wilson (featuring T.I.)

These are just a few songs that I wanted to share. Listen to the words in the first video. There are some graphic scenes in this video, but this is what was going on in the world at that time, but seeing that reminds me of all of the hate that is in the world, but through it all, God still gave them joy. Look at the smiles on the children’s faces. Innocent children living in a time of war, genocide, destruction, devastation, dead bodies in the streets of innocent people. I know those children are grown now, and have been for quite some time, but the fact remains there is still war going on in this world. Will it ever end? Even in the bad times, we still must believe that God will step in and make it right. There is still hope for this world, and Jesus is the hope we need. He is the one who can and will make this right. The enemy came to steal, kill, and to destroy, but Jesus came that we may have live, and life more abundantly, running over, living life to the fullness of joy everlasting.

The Lord Will Make a Way-The Sounds of Blackness-This song gives us hope that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Even in our circumstances that we go through, He is making a way for us to get through those circumstances. We are never alone in anything we face. He said that He would never leave us nor forsake us, that He would not leave us alone. He will be with us even until the end of the age. Let this song fill your heart with praise to God, and thank Him for all He has done in your life, and is still doing this very minute. God bless.

Revelation 22:2-In the midst of the street of it, and on the either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manners of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (KJV)

I hope you will enjoy the music. As I said previously, the first video has graphic scenes in it, but please understand the times that this video was made in. The world was going through a lot back then just as it is now. I hope you are not offended by it. You are more than welcome to leave your comments and what you think about it.

For all of you who do not know, I am an ordained Minister. I have been since 2016. I kept it to myself because I did not want to be treated differently, but I do want to be respected. I am still who I am, I just live for Jesus. I try my best to encourage everyone by sharing the Word of God through my articles, and through my podcast, Food for the Soul. If you would like to listen to any of my shows, you can find them on Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts. If you have any questions about spirituality, or any advice, leave it in the comment section and I will get back with you.

Until next time, thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul. God bless, stay safe, and have a wonderful day.

Just remember that when you feel unloved, unwanted, and uncared for, Jesus loves you, wants you, and cares for you. Open up your heart today and ask Him to fill it with His love. Ask Him to help you to forgive those in your life who needs to be forgiven. His love, mercy, and grace endures forever.

Verse of the Day: Proverbs 18:10

Still Trying to Work It Out!

Today has been some kind of day. I am still trying to get my first computer to do what I need it to do. My keyboard is tripping. Some of the letters are not working, and I have done just about everything I know how to do to make it work. I am trying to fix my blue tooth so I can use my wireless keyboard I bought last year for it. I miss using it because I do not have to worry about my curser moving around like this one does. It is such a headache at times when I am writing. I wish I was tech savvy like my son, but he isn’t here to help me so, I am trying to figure it out on my own. I do not know anyone who could help me figure this out. I feel like it is going to cost a lot just to get a new keyboard installed. My screen on it is big, and that was the main purpose as to why I bought it in 2013. I guess I could print the manual off if it is still able to print. I never thought I would be going through this. I am thankful for the computer I have now, but it is not as big as far as the screen goes, but it does have a lot of storage built in. I just need to take it to get it repaired no matter how much it costs. I know it is a material thing, but it means a lot to me because it is the first computer I ever purchased. I consider it an investment. If push comes to shove, I just might have to buy an Acer, because they are the company who bought out Gateway. It will be like having a new Gateway, but with just a new name. Well, all is not lost, I talked to my son today since he wasn’t busy, we had a good conversation.

Well, I didn’t get that problem solved with my Gateway Computer. It took up a lot of my time, I could have been doing something else, like working on my project. I decided to listen to a podcast on Pod Bean called, Meditation for Women. The one I listened to was on Affirmations for Self-Love. I just decided to do something different that I knew would make me feel better, that would help to remove the stress that was on my heart. It never hurts to try something different. The rain really came down hard tonight, and the thunder was loud. I didn’t go outside today, but if the weather permits, I will be going outside tomorrow. I must have lost the track of time, because it is already Sunday morning. Time went by fast. I think I am going to call it a morning until I awake from sleeping. I have a few messages I want to record tomorrow; I just may do it outside in the sun if it shines and it’s not cloudy. I have a spot in my back yard where I want to record my messages. I suppose the birds and squirrels will sit still and listen, but if not, they can catch bits and pieces of it while enjoying themselves doing what they do every day. Until next time, stay safe, God bless, and thank you for joining me on my journey with Food for the Soul.

Take A Break Before You Break Down

Tranquility and Peace.

Doing the same things over and over, every single day, can become a bit too much to handle for anyone. Be it sitting in front of a computer for a long time, or traveling to work, working a hectic job and traveling back, or even doing the same set of domestic chores every single day – if you are not able to break away for some time, you are sure to end up feeling more fatigued and demotivated than you probably ought to be. That is because when monotony sets in, the mind tends to become numb, and that hampers one’s creativity and passion to do whatever you are doing. So the best way to give our best at any work, is actually by stealing ourselves away from it for sometime. That is why people take breaks. Be it small five to fifteen minute coffee breaks in between your work, or a five to fifteen days holiday, breaks help people rejuvenate themselves and come back to work with a fresh mind. While most people do take the smaller breaks invariably without fail, when it comes to the longer ones, i.e. the vacations, some are not as eager. A lot of reasons are cited – 1. I have no leave. 2. I have deadlines approaching at work. 3. Finances are tight. 4. It seems ridiculous to spend so much on holidays when we need to be saving up, especially with the economy being what it is. Believe me, these are some excuses I have heard from real people, not made up. Whenever I hear such responses, the first thing that crosses my mind is – “There will always be excuses no matter how good or bad you are faring. The secret lies in taking that break despite these excuses and coming back with greater productivity which will eventually reflect in the way you fare.” Vacations and holidays need not always be luxurious and expensive affairs. You can have fun even on a shoestring budget. All you need is the will to do it, followed by some diligent planning. The will is the primary key here. Let me give you some good reasons now to reinforce that will – Vacations Clear The Clutter Too much work can make your mind hazy. And I am not just talking about ‘office work’. Even domestic work, 24/7 parenting, or studying will have the same effect. The longer you put your mind through the same routine, the lesser it will be able to think clearly. You need to get away for some time to clear your mind, so that you can get back to the routine with a fresh perspective. Holidays Nurture Creativity Many a successful individuals would tell you that he or she got this great idea while on a vacation, and came back to implement it to resounding success. When the clutter clears up, creativity blossoms. Vacationing in a place away from where you belong, meeting people from different cultures, different schools of thought, opens up the mind to a great extent. This provides a fertile nurturing ground for innovative thoughts that one will be able to bring back to their work. Breaks Keep Relationships From Breaking Think about it, on weekdays, how many of us even get the time to look at our partner’s or children’s face and have a conversation? How many of us get the time to sit with them and find out what is going on in their minds? Vacations give us the golden opportunity to come closer to our loved ones. The quality time spent with the family cements any misgivings in relationships and stabilizes your domestic life. A stable home is, without doubt, the best anchor for a great work-life. So what are you thinking about still? Look up those hill-stations or beaches you have always wanted to visit, plan a holiday soon and have the time of your life. This holiday season, actually enjoy the holidays, before coming back with renewed enthusiasm and zest to take on the routine once more.
