“God, You are with me in every season of my life. Thank You for being with me when I feel overwhelmed and afraid. Please show me what I need to learn from this experience, and help me trust in You as I walk through it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

What can you do the next time you feel anxious or depressed?

HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS:

I can bring my problems to God in prayer.

I can talk about my struggles with someone I trust.

I can rest and remember that I am never alone.

Little sisters and brothers, always know that you can talk to God about anything. He lives in your heart, and He loves you very much. Just know that God is faithful and He always keeps His promises. No matter what you may face in your life; God is there with you. You are never alone.
