I am so very excited that today is my 47th birthday! I do not feel any older, as a matter of fact I feel great! I am so thankful to see this special day come! Even though it is cloudy I am still happy. God has been so good to me. He has brought me through everything just so I can celebrate my birthday. I am just going to enjoy myself on today, and pray that I will be blessed to see many more.

There was a time many years ago when I thought I would not get to see another birthday, or any other day. Every year is special to me because I am still here. Through all of the trials and tribulations I have gone through, I am still here. I no longer take life for granted, nor do I take God for granted because if it were not for Him I would not be here this very day.

I know that I have grown older because of the gray hairs I have. I have learned wisdom along the way. I know that I have many years still ahead of me to become all God wants me to be. There is still so much for me to do in my life.
