Through my eyes I see a world afraid to live, and afraid to give…afraid to be normal just for a little while.
Through my eyes I see joy in some places even though we are going through this pandemic, but we must fight on. We must not forget that Jesus is our Savior, and He is still watching over us. We must still have faith through it all.
Through my eyes I see young people walking around like there is nothing going on in the world that can harm them. They do not understand how serious this is…they party like there is not a care in the world.
They seem to look at this as a glass half empty instead of half full. They seem to think that it will eventually go away, but how wrong they are. This virus is deadly, and they treat it like it is a game or something, like it is not real.
People are still being killed by this virus. When are they going to start being serious about this? I am not saying all are taking this a s a joke, but I see many people not wearing their masks.
Come on and realize that it is going to take a miracle for this to vanish into thin air. Let us take this to heart, that this is here to stay for who knows how long. What about the children that are being born into all of this chaos? What about their lives? Innocent children having to face this horrible virus! Little ones wearing masks and don’t know, or understand why something has to be on their face.
Through my eyes, I still see God’s love, I still have faith that this will come to an end in God’s own time. I still believe that we can make it through this together by protecting ourselves and others by doing what we are supposed to do. Yes, it is hard to get used to doing something that we have never had to do before, but it is the world that we live in today.
Let us continue to pray to God to work a miracle in this world so we can live safely, and normally like we were before this cane along. We cannot lose faith. We must fight the good fight of faith. Just know that in the end we win!
All praises be to God, and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who was and is and is to come, Amen!
